What is an ERG?

Our ERGs empower you to bring your authentic self to work in a supportive and inclusive environment. Formed with the core values of respect and mutual understanding, ERGs are a place where you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences and perspectives while also connecting with others who have common interests.

Contributing to our innovative spirit, the groups promote cultural awareness and advocate for policy changes that benefit both members and the broader workforce. Additionally, the groups provide professional development opportunities and mentor programs.

ERGs are always open to allies – who are crucial to building a truly inclusive workspace – who want to support group missions. Allies can participate in various ways, such as attending events, volunteering for initiatives, or simply offering support and advocacy.

Our ERGs

ERGs organize various activities and events ranging from social gatherings and networking opportunities to professional development workshops and community service projects. Activities vary depending on the ERG’s focus and the members’ interests.

There is no limit on how many ERGs you can join, so become a member of as many as you want.

	BOLD (Black Organization for Leadership at Danone) supports inclusive diversity through recruiting, connecting, and developing Black employees and leaders at all levels.
	ASPIRE (Asian Pacific Islanders Reaching for Excellence) aims to serve the Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander employees at Danone North America – and their allies.
	¡HOLA! (Hispanic/Latin Organization for Leadership Advancement) is a community rooted in culture to create opportunities, connect like-minded people and develop a family within Danone North America.
	ABLE (Abilities Beyond Limits for Everyone) is a Danone North America community for those needing mental health support, the neurodiverse, people with disabilities, caregivers, and allies.
	LIFT (Leading and Inspiring Female Talent) exists to foster diversity & inclusion by creating an environment where women can flourish through inspiration and empowerment.
	CARE (Community, Advocacy, Resources, Education) works to enable employees to be the best caregivers possible to those who depend on them, while successfully delivering at work.
	PRIDE drives a culture that welcomes and supports the LGBTQ+ community and its allies at Danone North America.
	BRAVE (Battalion for Reserve and Veteran Engagement) strives to recruit, retain, and develop Veterans and Military Reserve and help foster an environment in which their unique skill sets can be fully leveraged for maximum contribution to the organization.
