Cigna’s Complete Plus Premium Personal Health Team (PHT)
Cigna’s Personal Health Team (PHT) is a complimentary program that offers you access to a clinical team dedicated to the management of your health. PHT identifies members with the greatest care needs and provides a personal advocate who will customize a care management program.
If you or a family member are identified as being someone who may benefit from PHT, Cigna will contact you directly to discuss your options. You can confidentially discuss your specific health needs and receive support, including:
- Planning for an upcoming hospital stay and how to follow your doctor’s care plan when you return home.
- Arrange care if you need surgery or a procedure.
- Helping you handle a serious or complex condition.
- Providing advice from specialized medical professionals, like a pharmacist.
- Answering questions about your family’s healthcare needs.
Cigna Pathwell Specialty Program
The Cigna Pathwell Specialty program includes many specialty medications covered under your Cigna medical plan. Certain medications need approval from Cigna (precertification) before they’re covered, and some medications have to be administered by a provider in the Cigna Pathwell Specialty Network (or ordered from an in-network specialty pharmacy) to be covered.
Cigna Pathwell Specialty Network for Infused and Injected Medications
If your specialty medication is an infusion and/or injectable, the Cigna Pathwell Specialty network is made up of many local, clinically appropriate, and affordable infusion providers. You may also be able to have treatment in your home, with the help of a licensed nurse who will stay with you throughout your infusion and make sure you have everything you need. Visit

Telemedicine from MDLIVE for Cigna Participants

Cigna Behavioral Health
For those in need of services related to mental health and substance abuse, you have access to the Cigna Behavioral Health network of providers. Log in to
mycigna.com to find a virtual telehealth specialist, then call to make an appointment. Telehealth visits cost the same as in-office visits.

Omada for Cigna is a comprehensive program offered through enrollment in a Cigna medical plan if you are at risk or are living with hypertension, or Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes. Danone is pleased to offer EHE Health’s Pulse, a preventive healthcare benefit. It’s the only program of its kind that's available to you AND your spouse/domestic partner enrolled in a Danone Cigna medical plan with no out-of-pocket costs.
Who is Eligible?
Employees and spouses/domestic partners enrolled in a Danone Cigna Medical Plan. Please note that covered members are eligible for one preventive health exam per year. For example, if you already received your annual physical this year, you will not be eligible for the EHE exam until the following year.
