The Danone North America Employee Relief Fund is a 501c3 IRS public charity, primarily supported by monetary contributions from Danoners. Through an application process, the fund grants financial assistance to Danoners who experience extreme financial hardship stemming from circumstances beyond their control.
After the Marshall Fires in Boulder County, CO in December 2021, Danone North America received an outpouring of support from employees. Many wanted to donate to Danoners who were impacted by the fires. A team convened to develop the program to support Danoners’ needs in times of extreme hardship. The Fund continues to provide assistance to employees to this day.
All regular full-time or part-time employees in the U.S. and Canada are eligible to apply for assistance. Interns, temporary employees, and contractors/temporary agency workers are not eligible for assistance.
