Our Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy supports Danone’s efforts to offer a workplace that meets your unique personal needs.

This policy provides unlimited time off (per alignment with policy rules). You’re encouraged to use your FTO to:

Who is eligible to take FTO?
If you are a Corporate Danone employee (exempt and non-exempt) or plant salaried administrative employee (exempt and non-exempt) who is actively employed in good standing with the company, you are eligible for FTO. 

I’m a plant hourly associate or a unionized employee? Am I eligible for FTO?
The FTO Policy does not apply to you if you are a plant hourly associate or a unionized employee.  View the FTO Policy for eligibility, rules, and responsibilities. Current time off policies for plant hourly associates will remain in effect in accordance with local handbook and policies, as well as applicable collective bargaining agreements currently in place.

When should I use Sick Time or Leave of Absence instead of taking FTO?
For absences related to illness or injury (whether it be yourself or a family member), you should use time off under separate policies (Sick Time, Leave of Absence).
