Parental Bonding Leave
We recognize the importance of having the time you need to bond and adjust to the newest member of your family. To help you during this special time, we offer 18 weeks of Parental Bonding Leave for eligible U.S. employees.
Eligible employees are those working in the United States who have been employed by the Company for at least 12 consecutive months (one full year of service) prior to the date of birth or custody of a new family member, and who, on average, are scheduled to work at least 21 hours per week.
You may review the full Danone Parental Bonding Leave policy for additional information/eligibility.
