Tuition Reimbursement

When you take an active role in your learning journey, the path opens up for our business to grow and succeed. That’s why we remove as many barriers to education as possible.

With our tuition reimbursement program, we make it easier for you to continue your education.

You can receive up to:

  • $5,250 for undergraduate programs/courses
  • $7,500* for graduate programs/courses
*Per IRS regulations, any amount exceeding $5,250 in the calendar year will be subject to income taxes. Prior approvals are required before enrollment and reimbursements. For additional details, corporate employees can create a case via the Employee Service Genie Portal. For other populations, contact your local HR representative. For bargaining unit employees, please refer to your local CBA as policies may differ or contact your local HR representative.

Danone U.S. Children of Employees Scholarship Program

You’re invested in your child’s future, and so is Danone. To help them continue their education after high school, we offer a scholarship program to assist your child with expenses. The scholarship program assists children of employees who plan to continue their education beyond high school and plan to enroll, or students who are already enrolled in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year.

Recipients chosen by the program receive a $1,500 award. Awards are not renewable, but students may reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements.

Applicants to the Danone Children of Employees Scholarship Program must be dependent children (defined as natural and legally adopted children or stepchildren), age 25 and under, of regular full-time U.S. Danone employees in good standing, who have a minimum of one year or employment with the company as of the application deadline date. Designated enrollment windows will apply during the plan year.
