Legal Plan 

The MetLife Legal Plan is a voluntary benefit that offers the convenience of having an attorney available to help you with legal matters. As a participant in this legal plan, you have access to unlimited phone and office consultations with a network attorney. All included services are covered in full.

New to the legal plan for 2024 is 20 hours of Reproductive Assistance Services. These services provide assistance when navigating the complex issues involved with surrogacy, egg, sperm, and embryo donation, as well as embryo adoption.

Home and Auto Insurance

Provided by Farmers Home & Auto group, this program offers you group insurance rates on:

Identity Theft Protection

Identity theft protection through LifeLock can help detect and identify theft as well as minimize damages to your personal assets by actively monitoring and notifying you of suspicious activity. LifeLock monitors high-risk identity activity such as password resets, fund transfers, unauthorized account access, compromised credentials, and address changes to public record alerts.

Commuter Benefits Reimbursement Accounts 

Save money on your commute. Administered by Optum Financial, Commuter Benefits Reimbursement Accounts allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars from your paycheck for commuting expenses (i.e., transit and/or parking). 

Set aside up to $315 pre-tax dollars a month for transit and an additional $315 pre-tax dollars per month for parking.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • You can change your election amount during any month within the plan year. 
  • Unused funds roll over into the next month, however, you can only use your transportation and/or parking account to pay for eligible expenses up to the IRS monthly limit. 
  • Any unused funds in your account are forfeited if you leave the company.
